Is Cadloom Platform available today?+
Yes. Create a workspace, publish the first product free, and add it to an approved Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Wix, or custom website.
Does the platform replace the Shopify app?+
No. Shopify remains a complete native channel. The platform extends the same managed 3D foundation to additional websites, applications, and client projects.
How would it work with WordPress, WooCommerce, or Wix?+
Cadloom provides secure installation code that fits the available page width. Deeper platform-specific connections can follow where they make setup easier.
Does AR work from every supported website?+
Yes, on compatible mobile devices. The Cadloom viewer opens the phone or tablet's AR experience using a version prepared for AR. Desktop customers can scan a QR code with their phone, while unsupported devices remain in the interactive 3D viewer.
What is a model open?+
A model open happens when a visitor opens the interactive 3D viewer or starts AR. Regular page visits that do not open a model are not counted. Estimates use an average 5 MB model, so larger or smaller models will result in fewer or more opens within the included GB allowance.
What happens when a plan needs more viewing data?+
Paid accounts can add 100 GB monthly blocks for $19, move to a larger plan, or discuss volume pricing. The Free plan never creates surprise charges; it must upgrade before exceeding its monthly allowance.
Which model formats are supported?+
Cadloom supports STEP/STP, STL/3MF, GLB, and glTF. Format behavior differs: STEP is best for assemblies, STL normally contains geometry only, 3MF can carry additional product information, and GLB/glTF are existing web-ready formats.
Is image-to-3D part of this platform?+
Image-to-3D is currently in development. It will use separate prepaid creation packages because producing a new model from photos has different costs. Existing CAD and GLB workflows remain part of the monthly Platform plan.
